Get Fit in Embrey Mill!
Here at Embrey Mill we offer a variety of opportunities to keep fit without leaving the community.
Our pool is equipped with five lap lanes separate from the kid’s splash zone area. The Fitness Center at the Embrey House is armed with plenty of cardio and weight training equipment. If you want to enjoy the great outdoors take a walk/run on our Rocky Run Trail.
Our Embrey Mill residents love to get a group together and enjoy the walk-able community together, they even stop by the Grounds Bistro and Cafe before to hydrate and arm the kids with snacks! Then they head out to Festival Park for a game of Frisbee tag or meet at the Embrey Field for a game of soccer.
Don’t forget your four legged friends. They too have a place to exercise at our Dogwood Dog Park with sections for small and large dogs.
